Things You Need To Know...

Data Protection - EmyDesign are committed to protecting any personal information you provide the company with & will store this information securely. We only collect this information that you have provided us with to enable us to process your order. EmyDesign will never sell or share your information with any third parties.

Payment - Payment is through the site via paypal. Please note, you do not need to open an account with paypal, but can simply enter your payment card details when requested. Personal cheques or postal orders can be accepted. Please email to arrange this. Funds must be cleared before items are posted.

Delivery - Please note personalised products will take slightly longer to reach you, depending on the level of design required. Please contact me to discuss exact timescales, but I aim to have your design created & posted within three working days, if not sooner.

Upon purchase, products are sent to you for your convenience via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. The cost of postage stands at £2.49 unless the order value exceeds £25, in which case postage is free. Alternatively, if you wish to purchase the products and collect in person, that is no problem. Please contact me to arrange this.

Returns - Whilst EmyDesign hope you are entirely happy with your product, if you choose to return your item there is some information you need to know. The cost of returning goods is the customer's responsibility & EmyDesign will not reimburse costs incurred by the return of goods (unless faulty.) EmyDesign will not be responsible for the loss of packages whilst they are in the care of Royal Mail. As mentioned previously, the package will be sent recorded delivery and proof of postage obtained. Any loss must be recovered from the postal service and EmyDesign will not be accountable in the event of this unfortunate (but hopefully rare) occurance.

International orders can be taken. Please contact me before purchasing items so postage can be discussed.
